Instant noodle with bacon
I can only eat pork flavored Mama instant noodle. I'm spoiled because my mom cooks every day. But sometimes I just crave for instant noodles.
Bu'n cha? ca' (Fried fish cake in rice noodle soup)
No, this rice noodle soup was not cooked in my kitchen ! Regrettfully I don't have the recipe for it. This was from a restaurant in Ottawa called Pho+? Ba('c. The soup was good enough so that every time I went to Ottawa, I made a point of going there to eat.

Welcome to My daily food: Vietnamese cooking and more !
Hello everyone !
First of all, I'd like to welcome everyone to my blog. Please feel free to write comments. I'll be very happy to know there's someone out there cares enough to write something. There are a few reasons why I start this blog. I recently bought a digital camera, thus the need to take pictures and post them so that someone else can see. Also, I want to keep images of the meals prepared by my mom just to remind me of how lucky I am to have her as a mom.
