A birthday dinner

Just a homemade birthday dinner cooked by my dear Mom . Basically, it's a clear soup made from chicken and pork bones. Plates of thinly sliced beef and seafood, greens, mushroom and tofu are arranged around the soup pot. As the soup comes to a boil, small portions of meat and veggie are put into the soup to cook. Greens and veggie are normaly just dipped in and taken out quite quickly to prevent it from being overcooked.
